We are honored that you are willing to trust us with the care of your companions. What we offer for treatment includes the use of homeopathic medicines and nutritional therapy (in the form of fresh food diets, vitamin & mineral supplementation, and food concentrates), Ozone Therapy, Acupuncture, and Cold Laser Therapy. These forms of treatment are being offered as options because we feel they can be effective ways of addressing health problems in a gentle and economical manner and with fewer side effects common to conventional drugs. However, not every problem can be successfully treated this way, and sometimes the disease is too advanced for such methods. Other times, like any conventional care, these methods fail in spite of our best efforts. This is not to discourage you, but rather to honestly communicate possible limitations. It is important to realize that regardless of the nature of the problem your companion may have, and regardless of the diagnosis or prognosis that they may have received from another practitioner, we will use our combined conventional and alternative training and knowledge toward their treatment plan. If at any time you decide to use conventional drug therapy or surgery as an option, one of our conventional practice veterinarians here, or if necessary, a specialty practice veterinarian, can either assist or take over their care. If what has been presented here is acceptable to you and, indeed, what you wish for your pet, please sign the paragraph of acceptance that follows:
I have read the above explanation of the type of treatment offered by Center for Animal Health and I agree that this is what I want for my companion. I further state that I am not expecting any treatment other than what is described here, though it may be offered as well.
